Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of diversified environmental service work experience in a health care or institutional setting.
• Working knowledge of operating typical industrial cleaning equipment and healthcare cleaning techniques.
• Able to communicate effectively in writing and orally to provide instructions.

Aufgaben

• Respond to cleaning service requests via tracking systems and perform assigned tasks, maintaining infection control logs.
• Perform specialized cleaning and infection control in clinical areas, including proper gowning and cleaning in isolation rooms.
• Maintain department equipment and log usage; ensure proper equipment operation and reporting of repairs.
• Assess environmental conditions for safety and cleanliness; escalate issues to supervisor as needed.
• Provide leadership for less experienced associates and assist with on‑the‑job training.
