The role drives safety, quality, and cost targets while supporting overall manufacturing strategy.

The candidate will oversee production priorities, mentor staff, and coordinate with engineering and equipment support to achieve daily and long-term goals in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related field.
• Proven leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and positive work environment for all employees.
• Assign personnel and monitor workflow to meet production schedules with quality and cost targets.
• Guide team on manufacturing priorities and balance line needs with other departments.
• Coordinate priorities between manufacturing, engineering, and equipment support.
• Lead continuous safety, quality, cost-improvement efforts.
• Develop and motivate a dynamic workforce through effective communication.
• Administer company policies for assigned reports.
• Manage resources and operational activities, providing direction.
• Drive continuous improvements in safety, quality, and cost control.
• Track daily yield and output against plan and report results.
