Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience maintaining semiconductor processing equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic and tool-ownership skills.
- Ability to read and follow technical procedures and documentation.
- Basic computer skills (data entry, MS Office)
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime and improve yield.
- Support tools across process areas: Thin Films/PVD, Implant, Photolithography, CVD/Diffusion.
- Monitor equipment performance and escalate or resolve issues as needed.
- Document maintenance activities, issues, and resolutions; cross-train as needed.
