Allied Universal Services is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for a full-time opening at our corporate site in Bloomfield, CT. The position runs Wednesday through Sunday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, supervising a team of security officers and coordinating with site leadership to ensure delivery of quality services.

Ideal candidates will have strong written and verbal communication skills, a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years of verifiable experience), and the ability to

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and insurance requirements when applicable.
• Must pass background check and drug/alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on the assigned shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment guidelines.
