Qualifications

• Be able to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience welcomed
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and verify identity
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property
• Handle scheduling and ensure posts are covered
• Communicate with the supervising manager
