GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Durham, NC. This full-time role focuses on exceptional customer service, identity verification, and visitor guidance in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

You will perform access control, patrols, incident reporting, and coordinate with emergency teams as needed. Requires PPSB license, CPR, 18+, US work authorization, and 1 year security experience. Uniform provided, benefits included.

Qualifications

• Active PPSB license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Minimum 1 year security experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient with phones and computers.
• Security/Military/Law Enforcement experience a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

  • Monday - Friday - 2pm-10pm = 40 hour shift

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Must have an active PPSB license.
• Must have CPR
• Must be over the age of 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have at least 1 year of security experience.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
