Job summary

Allied Universal, the world’s leading security company, seeks a Security Site Supervisor for the Chester, SC area. This full-time overnight role oversees on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training, ensuring contract compliance and high-quality service.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months of security experience and supervisory capabilities; strong customer service skills and comfort with computers/tablets are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry or an Associate's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed in a diligent manner (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance.
• Perform other operations and related functions (e.g., payroll, incident reports, security surveys, post orders).
• Make recommendations for positive and negative personnel actions for those under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies per site Post Orders.
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates regarding duties.
