Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Route Driver in Salinas, CA. You will provide security and customer service at automotive locations, performing routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents.

This driving role requires a valid driver's license, a background check, and adherence to Allied Universal policies.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required.
• Drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/locality.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors and automotive personnel while following security procedures.
• Conduct patrols of vehicle display areas, service lanes, parking areas, buildings, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow site procedures and contact emergency services when needed.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate with site contacts and responding personnel.
