Job summary

Allegiance Industries, Inc. is seeking a 3rd shift Security Guard for a manufacturing facility. Shift is Monday through Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with on-the-job training and opportunities for long-term growth.

The role involves monitoring cameras, adhering to post orders, reporting, and interacting professionally with the public. A background check, drug screen, and eligibility for a guard license are required.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalency.
Pass a background and drug screening.
Ability to obtain a Guard License.
Ability to work all shifts.
Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist Allegiance management in delegated duties and functions.
Follow written/verbal directives.
Stand or walk constantly for multiple hours on various surfaces (tile, concrete, carpet, grass, dirt).
Monitor security cameras.
Public relations and awareness and dealing tactfully with the public.
Assist in investigations concerning loss/damage of client property.
Follow post orders, Allegiance policy and procedure and other directives.
Obtain and in detail statements, write reports, interview and observe and document information in a professional manner.
