Job summary

Allegiance-Industries is hiring a 2nd shift Security Guard for our manufacturing facility. The role involves monitoring security cameras, enforcing post orders, and ensuring safety and compliance on site in Bethune, SC.

On-the-job training will be provided, and candidates must be able to pass a background and drug screen. Responsibilities include incident reporting, investigations into loss or damage, and professional interaction with the public and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
• Ability to pass a background and drug screening.
• Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation.
• Ability to work all shifts.
• Ability to understand, interpret and follow the rules, instructions and lawful orders.
• Physical stamina and dexterity.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Ability to detect safety hazards within the building and communicate with appropriate staff as well as follow all mandated safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist Allegiance management in delegated duties and functions.
• Follow written/verbal directives.
• Stand or walk constantly (for multiple hours, up to an entire shift) on various surfaces (tile, concrete, carpet, grass, dirt).
• Monitor security cameras.
• Public relations and awareness and dealing tactfully with the public.
• Assist in investigations concerning loss/damage of client property.
• Follow post orders, Allegiance policy and procedure and other directives.
• Obtain and in detail statements, write reports, interview and observe and document information in a professional manner.
