Job summary

Allegiance-Industries is seeking a 1st Shift Weekend Security Guard for Saturdays and Sundays, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, at a manufacturing facility. The role involves monitoring security cameras, following directives, and maintaining safety and client property protection.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalency, be able to pass background and drug screening, and obtain a guard license. On-the-job training is provided to support long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screening required.
• Ability to work weekend shifts and all shifts as needed.
• Must understand and follow rules, instructions and lawful orders.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with delegated duties and functions.
• Follow written and verbal directives.
• Stand or walk for long periods on various surfaces.
• Monitor security cameras and maintain vigilance.
• Interact with the public in a professional manner.
• Assist in investigations of loss or damage to client property.
• Follow post orders and company policies.
• Take detailed statements, write reports, and document information clearly.
