Allegiance-Industries is hiring a 3rd shift Security Guard for a manufacturing facility. Shift runs Monday through Friday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

The role involves monitoring security cameras, enforcing post orders, and reporting incidents with strong communication and professionalism. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background and drug screen.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Ability to work all shifts.
• Ability to understand, interpret and follow rules and orders.
• Physical stamina and dexterity.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Ability to obtain a Guard License.

Responsibilities

• Assist Allegiance management in delegated duties and functions.
• Follow written/verbal directives.
• Stand or walk constantly for extended periods (up to a full shift).
• Monitor security cameras.
• Public relations and dealing tactfully with the public.
• Assist in investigations concerning loss or damage of client property.
• Follow post orders, policies and procedures and other directives.
• Obtain and write statements, interview and document information professionally.
