Job summary

Allegiance Industries, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Security Guard for our manufacturing facility in Bethune, SC. The role involves monitoring security cameras, enforcing post orders, and maintaining safety across surfaces while staying alert to potential risks.

You will participate in investigations, prepare detailed reports, and interact professionally with the public and clients. On-the-job training is provided; travel is not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency is required.
• Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation are preferred.
• Ability to pass a background and drug screening.
• Ability to work all shifts.
• Ability to understand, interpret and follow rules, instructions and lawful orders.
• Ability to cope with stressful work situations.
• Physical stamina and dexterity.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Ability to detect safety hazards and communicate with staff per safety rules.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a Guard License.

2nd Shift Security Guard

Shift: Monday - Friday (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)

We are looking for you to...

• Assist Allegiance management in delegated duties and functions
• Follow written/verbal directives
• Stand or walk constantly (for multiple hours, up to an entire shift) on various surfaces (tile, concrete, carpet, grass, dirt)
• Monitor security cameras
• Public relations and awareness and dealing tactfully with the public
• Assist in investigations concerning loss/damage of client property
• Follow post orders, Allegiance policy and procedure and other directives
• Obtain and in detail statements, write reports, interview and observe and document information in a professional manner
