Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• PS Command Center experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple business areas and with vendors and emergency services.
• Resolve security system alarms, calls, emails, and alerts to support Citizens Bank footprint.
• Support performance of physical security equipment (cameras, DVR/NVR, access readers, alarm devices).
• Dispatch emergency services for life/safety events.
• Maintain service level standards for Alertline calls and related notifications.
• Monitor third-party alert systems (NC4, 3SI, SOS Travel Tracker).
• Assist with audit, regulatory, and internal procedures tasks.
• Adhere to timelines for event notification and escalations.
