Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Beloit, WI seeks a Seasoning Operator for the 3rd shift to ensure seasoning accuracy and maintain a continuous flow to packaging operations. You will monitor quality, perform setup and minor maintenance on seasoning equipment, and complete operator documentation.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of production experience, and the ability to work nights with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of manufacturing or production experience.
• Ability to follow GMPs, SOPs, safety procedures, and sanitation requirements.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and make minor equipment adjustments.
• Ability to accurately complete production and quality documentation.
• Ability to work a 3rd-shift schedule and overtime as required.
• Demonstrated reliability, attendance, and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Follow GMPs, SOPs, and food safety requirements.
• Maintain seasoning systems with correct levels and ensure proper product flow.
• Monitor product quality and adjust to QA specifications.
• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and perform minor maintenance on seasoning equipment.
• Assemble/disassemble seasoning line equipment for operation, cleaning, and changeovers.
• Perform line cleanups, changeovers, and sanitation activities.
• Calibrate load cells, assist with scale calibration, and verify sensors using calibration tools.
• Perform seasoning drop tests, adjust seasoning settings, and operate equipment through operator interface panels.
• Conduct troubleshooting and corrective actions related to seasoning application and equipment performance.
• Retrieve supplies and materials from the warehouse to support production needs.
• Operate case erectors and perform sanitation of scales and drums.
• Support Research & Development activities by assisting with seasoning trials and new product testing.
• Communicate effectively with Packaging, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other team members regarding operational needs and issues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
