Campbell Soup Company in Franklin, Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Seasoning Operator to ensure accurate and consistent seasoning of products while maintaining a continuous flow on packaging lines. The role emphasizes quality, food safety, equipment performance and efficient operations.

You will follow GMPs and SOPs, perform routine maintenance, document production activities and collaborate with multiple teams to support production goals.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of production experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow GMPs, SOPs, food safety requirements, and workplace safety procedures.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform minor adjustments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to complete production documentation accurately and timely.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Follow all GMPs, SOPs, food safety requirements, and safety regulations.
• Maintain seasoning systems with correct blends and inventory levels.
• Monitor seasoning application and adjust to meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform minor mechanical adjustments.
• Assemble, disassemble, set up, and clean seasoning line equipment.
• Perform sanitation procedures and equipment cleaning per standards.
• Document production activities and maintain records.
• Retrieve ingredients from warehouse to support production.
• Operate case erectors and related equipment.
• Calibrate load cells and sensors as needed.
• Use control panels to adjust settings and monitor performance.
• Assist R&D teams with seasoning trials and product testing.
