Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of production or manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of GMP and food safety practices.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and SDS
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform plant cleaning and sanitation according to the Master Sanitation Schedule.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in production and support areas.
• Operate sanitation equipment (power washers, foam applicators, steamers, floor scrubbers, vacuum systems).
• Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble processing equipment as needed.
• Follow GMP, OSHA, food safety standards and PPE guidelines.
• Identify and report safety concerns and defective equipment.
