Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year manufacturing/production experience or equivalent.
• Ability to follow GMPs, SOPs, safety and sanitation rules.
• Basic mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot equipment.
• Ability to document production and QA data.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to work 3rd shift and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Follow GMPs, SOPs, food safety requirements and safety regulations.
• Maintain seasoning systems and ensure proper product flow.
• Monitor QA specs and adjust for quality.
• Set up, operate, troubleshoot and perform minor maintenance on seasoning equipment.
• Assemble/disassemble seasoning line equipment for operation and cleaning.
• Perform line cleanups, changeovers and sanitation tasks.
• Complete documentation for seasoning monitoring and checks.
• Calibrate load cells and verify sensors with tools.
• Perform seasoning drop tests and adjust settings.
• Troubleshoot seasoning application and equipment performance.
• Retrieve supplies from warehouse to support production.
• Operate case erectors and sanitize scales and drums.
• Support R&D by assisting with seasoning trials.
