Job summary

Anchor Ingredients is seeking a Scale House Operator Nights to load and mill product, ensuring quality and efficiency. You will scale trucks, test samples, enter results, monitor belts and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, documenting work, and coordinating with maintenance. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs,standing for long periods, and working in dusty conditions with protective equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Scale trucks inbound and outbound, verify product, quantity and destination.
• Obtain samples, perform micro test and run on NIR per customer requirements.
• Enter test results in BC Foods and complete paperwork promptly.
• Monitor production flow and prevent spills or misrouted loads.
• Maintain housekeeping and assist with other tasks as assigned.
