Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant cleanliness per Master Cleaning Schedule and SSOPs.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment for sanitation.
• Operate high pressure water hose and air wand safely.
• Read and complete cleaning logs and paperwork.
• Communicate across management levels; follow safety and GMP/SQF rules.
• Rotate through all sanitation positions as required.
• Work Sundays and some holidays; up to 12 hours per shift.
