Job summary

Tyson Foods is hiring a Sanitation Lead in Michigan to assist the supervisor in meeting daily department goals. You will coordinate tasks, lead team meetings, and ensure safe, compliant sanitation practices across equipment and production areas.

You will also perform daily inspections, manage start-up/shutdowns, and communicate safety and quality updates to keep the team informed and on task. This role requires lifting, operating scissor lifts and forklifts, and willingness to work 12-hour

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of work experience with the same employer listed on application.
• Must have experience in a lead, trainer or supervisory capacity (can be informal leadership such as training peers or leading small teams).
