Job summary

Requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work 8–10 hour shifts on hard floors. Starting pay is $23.35/hour with a $1/hour shift premium for 3rd shift, plus comprehensive benefits effective Day 1.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 months of work experience with the same employer listed on application.
• 3 months of Machine Operator experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to ensure continuous flow of product through the production process.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings as needed; notify supervisor if maintenance is required.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to Tyson policies and procedures.
• Read and complete on-the-job paperwork; communicate effectively across management levels.
