Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing sanitation and cleaning procedures.
• Ability to read MSDS, safety rules, and SOPs.
• Experience documenting cleaning procedures and logs.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise sanitation of equipment and facility.
• Develop and document SSOPs and cleaning logs.
• Maintain Master Sanitation Schedule and cleaning procedures.
• Supervise sanitation staff; plan, assign, and evaluate work.
• Train sanitation workers for safe operation and disassembly of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and GMP standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance on equipment setup and issues.
• Lead sanitation-related projects and nonrecurring tasks.
