JobSquad is seeking a Sanitation Manager – Night Shift (Food Production) in Buckner, KY to lead the sanitation team of about 30 people and ensure compliance with food safety standards.

The role drives sanitation programs, collaborates with QA and operations, manages budgets and inventories, and oversees internal and external audits, including SQF/BRC, FDA, and customer audits. Salary range $100,000-$110,000.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and manage the sanitation team to ensure a safe, engaged, and high-performing workforce.
• Direct all sanitation activities to meet company, regulatory, and food safety requirements.
• Plan, prioritize, and allocate labor, equipment, and resources to support production schedules and sanitation objectives.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve sanitation programs, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor sanitation performance using key metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Investigate sanitation issues, determine root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Lead audits and ensure timely resolution of findings with QA and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee budgets, inventory, and procurement of sanitation supplies.
• Deliver sanitation training to ensure regulatory compliance.
