Casa Di Bertacchi in Vineland, NJ is hiring a Sanitation Group Lead for the 3rd shift (10pm–6:30am) in a meatball manufacturing facility. You will lead a sanitation crew, ensure compliance with USDA/FDA SSOPs, and maintain food safety and quality standards.

The role requires at least 2 years sanitation experience in food manufacturing, leadership ability, and knowledge of GMPs/HACCP. Expect to work nights and weekends, lift up to 50 lbs, and use MS Word/Excel.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of sanitation experience in a food manufacturing or meat processing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; related sanitation training preferred.
• Knowledge of GMPs, SSOPs, HACCP, and food safety regulations.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in wet, cold conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and direct the daily activities of the sanitation team during assigned shift.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing of equipment, tools, and facility according to procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Verify that cleaning tasks are completed to standard and documented.
• Assist in training new sanitation employees on safe cleaning techniques and policies.
• Collaborate with QA and Production to address sanitation issues.
