Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Salty Processing Operator in Beloit, Wisconsin. You will safely operate processing machinery to produce product, mix ingredients, monitor temperatures, and ensure quality per established guidelines.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED or 1 year of production experience in manufacturing, with night shifts and overtime as needed. Equipment operation, sanitation, and safety procedures are essential.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to follow recipes, monitor temperatures and moisture, and weigh materials accurately.
Willingness to operate and maintain processing equipment safely.

Responsibilities

Operate processing equipment to produce product within QA guidelines and high quality.
Mix ingredients, monitor temperature and moisture, make adjustments as needed.
Operate and shutdown equipment, perform changeovers and basic preventive maintenance.
Escalate quality issues to team members as appropriate.
Read batch sheets, follow recipes, and weigh raw materials precisely.
Log temperatures, mix times, material weights, and track material usage.
Monitor for foreign material and maintain sanitation per 5S guidelines.
Move raw ingredients using material handling equipment and manage inventory needs.
