Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is hiring for a Flex Operator in our Processing Team, responsible for safely setting up, adjusting and operating processing machines (mixer, laminator, oven, scaler) on the Night Owl Shift. You will rotate positions, assist with breaks, and cover as required while maintaining clean work areas and completing required paperwork.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, be able to follow GMPs, and speak/read English.

Qualifications

• Must have obtained high school diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Safely set up, adjust and operate processing machines such as mixer, laminator, oven, and scaler.
• Will rotate positions, give breaks, and operate as schedule requires; may be scheduled to cover Utility driver.
• Maintain area in good housekeeping order, complete required paperwork, and perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
• Participate as team member to accomplish training and cover schedules.
• Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required.
• Support and participate in preventive maintenance program.
• Heavy lifting will be required.
• Comply with food safety procedures and follow plant GMPs.
• Applicants must be able to speak, read, and understand English to safely and effectively perform the essential functions of the role.
