Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Utah is seeking a Flex operator to operate processing machines on the Night Owl Shift, rotating among positions as needed and covering schedules as required.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; production experience in food manufacturing preferred. Starting rate is $22.65 per hour, with health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits. Overtime and weekend work may be required; GMPs and strict food safety procedures are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Production line manufacturing experience preferred.
• Food handling experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Safely set up, adjust and operate processing machines such as mixer, laminator, oven, and scaler.
• Rotate positions, give breaks, and operate as schedule requires; may cover Utility driver.
• Maintain area in good housekeeping order, complete required paperwork, and perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
• Participate as team member to accomplish training and cover schedules.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required.
• Support and participate in preventive maintenance program.
• Heavy lifting will be required.
• Applicants must understand English to safely perform the role.
• Follow food safety procedures and GMPs.
