Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent; 1 year of production experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates processing equipment to produce product per QA guidelines and quality standards.
• Mixes ingredients properly; monitors temperature and moisture, makes adjustments, and removes defective product.
• Operates and shuts down equipment with changeovers and preventative maintenance.
• Reads batch sheets and accurately weighs raw materials; logs temperatures and material weights.
