Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Beloit, Wisconsin is seeking a Salty Processing Operator to safely and efficiently operate processing machinery and maintain quality standards on the production line. You will follow recipes, monitor temperatures, weights and yields, perform changeovers, and log measurements to ensure product integrity.

Starting wage is $22.50 per hour for a 1st shift with overtime on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and/or 1 year of production experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operates processing equipment to produce product following QA guidelines and high quality standards.
• Mixes ingredients correctly; monitors temperature and moisture; adjusts as needed.
• Performs changeovers and preventative maintenance on processing equipment.
• Communicates and escalates quality issues to team members as needed.
• Reads batch sheets and follows recipes; accurately weighs raw materials.
• Logs temperatures, mixing times, item numbers and material weights; adjusts as needed.
• Monitors for foreign matter and maintains sanitation practices for safe housekeeping.
