Job summary

PATH is hiring a Safety Support Associate for the Bridges at Kraemer Place site in Anaheim, CA. You will help keep the interim housing site safe for staff and participants, working night shifts with de-escalation and engagement strategies as needed.

Responsibilities include coordinating with case management, working with security partners, and conducting regular rounds to spot issues. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to grow within PATH.

Qualifications

• One (1) year experience working with vulnerable populations and/or security and/or de-escalation/nonviolent crisis intervention.
• All levels of experience and education welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ensuring the overall safety of the interim housing site using observation, de-escalation strategies, and ongoing participant engagement.
• Coordinate with the on-site case management team to provide support to the interim housing site.
• Coordinate with contracted security agencies to ensure the safety of the interim housing site.
• Conduct regular rounds of the interim housing site and facility grounds and communicate and observe discrepancies or concerns.
