Cynet Health is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 13-week night shift assignment in Brownwood, TX. The role involves caring for patients across ages with emphasis on neonates and high-risk deliveries. Strong charting and arterial puncture skills are essential.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in respiratory therapy, is proficient with ABG interpretation, extubation, and various respiratory modalities (BiPAP/CPAP, high-flow). ACLS/BLS and other certifications are required.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of respiratory therapy experience in the field.
• Experience with neonates preferred; weekend coverage required.
• Ability to interpret arterial blood gases and assist with pulmonary rehab.
• Experience with charting system is required.
• Must be able to perform arterial punctures and extubation.
• Knowledge of pulmonary function testing is beneficial.
• Willingness to assist in high-risk deliveries and provide support in critical care.
• Adept in BiPAP, CPAP, and high-flow nasal cannula.
• ACLS, BLS, CRT, NRP, PALS, RRT certifications required.

Responsabilidades

• Will provide care to all ages.
• Must be able to perform arterial punctures and extubation.
• Must be able to troubleshoot high-pressure alarms and perform sputum specimen collection.
• Experience with various respiratory treatments and medications is necessary.
• Willingness to assist in high-risk deliveries and provide support in critical care.
• Familiarity with neonatal and pediatric critical care is a plus.
• Ability to interpret arterial blood gases and assist with pulmonary rehabilitation is essential.
