Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in respiratory therapy from a CoARC approved program.
• Ohio licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) through the Ohio State Medical Board.
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentialed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct respiratory assessments and work with the care team to develop treatment plans.
• Deliver respiratory treatments and rehab regimens and monitor patient responses.
• Perform diagnostic tests (e.g., blood gas analysis) and provide emergency interventions as needed.
• Educate patients, families, and healthcare teams on disease management and respiratory care practices.
• Coordinate program logistics including scheduling, equipment management, and communication with providers.
• Support safety culture and adapt care plans to hospitalization and post-discharge needs.
