Job summary

HCA Florida Northwest Hospital is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for full-time night shifts. The RRT coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered respiratory care in accordance with department standards.

Responsibilities include administering therapies, life support, and diagnostic testing to support physicians in diagnosing cardiopulmonary conditions. Required qualifications include an RRT license/state requirements, ACLS, BCLS, and PALS within specified timeframes, plus

Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 60 days of start date
• Basic Cardiopulmonary Life Support (BCLS) within 30 days of start date
• PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 60 days of start date
• RRT/RCP licensure/state requirements
• Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers respiratory care to patients.
• Administers respiratory therapies and life support as ordered.
• Performs diagnostic tests to aid diagnosis and treatment.
