Dodge County Hospital is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for night shift to support patients from neonatal to geriatric. You will deliver respiratory care, perform diagnostic testing, and follow protocols to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities include planning and documenting care, adjusting treatments as patients progress, operating equipment, and collaborating with nurses and physicians. Requires an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care and an active RRT registration;

Qualificações

• Requires an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care from an accredited school.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
• Requires and maintains an RRT registration.
• Certification in Basic Life Saving (BLS), ACLS, and PALS preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, implements, and evaluates the patient's respiratory care.
• Documents care interventions and patient responses in the medical record.
• Implements treatments and adjusts care plan based on patient progress.
• Operates and maintains respiratory and cardiopulmonary equipment.
• Ensures safety, infection control, and quality initiatives in the department.
• Presents a professional image to nursing and medical staff.
