Job summary

Medical Solutions Direct Hire in Medford, Oregon is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a permanent, full-time role to support acute care, critical care, and emergency services. The team uses EPIC and operates in a Level II trauma center with a collaborative interdisciplinary care approach.

The position offers night shifts (12-hour) with weekend rotation and a comprehensive benefits package. Relocation assistance and sign-on incentives may be available depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Required.
• Oregon Respiratory Therapist License – Required.
• BLS Certification (AHA) – Required.
• Minimum 1 year respiratory therapy experience preferred.
• New graduates may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care across medical floors, adult critical care, and emergency services.
• Administer breathing treatments and airway therapies.
• Perform secretion mobilization treatments.
• Manage non-invasive and invasive mechanical ventilation.
• Assist with intubations and CPR.
• Draw and analyze arterial blood gases.
• Obtain EKGs and support cardiac monitoring.
• Document respiratory treatments and assessments in EPIC.
• Ensure equipment safety and maintain respiratory therapy standards.
