The position offers 36 hours per week with 12-hour night shifts, and relocation assistance or sign-on incentives may be available based on experience.

Compensation ranges from $69,076 to $103,334 annually, with pay varying by experience. EPIC EMR is used, and a collaborative interdisciplinary team supports patient care.

Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Required.
• Oregon Respiratory Therapist License – Required (temporary license may be available).
• BLS Certification (AHA) – Required.
• Minimum 1 year respiratory therapy experience preferred.
• New graduates may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Provide respiratory care across medical floors, adult critical care, and emergency services.
• Administer breathing treatments and airway therapies.
• Perform secretion mobilization treatments.
• Manage non-invasive and invasive mechanical ventilation.
• Assist with intubations and CPR.
• Draw and analyze arterial blood gases.
• Obtain EKGs and support cardiac monitoring.
• Document respiratory treatments and assessments in EPIC.
