Medical Solutions Direct Hire is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a full-time role in Medford, Oregon. The position offers a permanent, benefits-eligible opportunity with relocation support for qualifying candidates.

Responsibilities include managing ventilators, performing ABG analysis, PFTs, and EKGs across ICU, ER, pediatrics, and neonatal units, with a 12-hour night shift schedule. Oregon RT license or eligibility within 6 months is required.

Qualifications

• Provide respiratory care for patients with cardiopulmonary disorders across ICU, ER, pediatrics, and neonatal units.
• Manage ventilators and non-invasive support (BiPAP/CPAP).
• Perform ABG analysis, PFTs, and EKGs.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with physicians and nurses in a trauma-level environment.
• Support respiratory therapy patients during night shifts.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols.
