Holy Cross Health Fort Lauderdale seeks a Respiratory Therapist for a full-time night shift in an acute care hospital. The role requires BLS, ACLS, and at least 1 year of hospital experience, with Florida licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) and NBRC certification.

You will handle oxygen therapy, arterial blood gas draws, and support mechanical ventilation across ER, ICU, and bedside procedures.

Competenze

• Graduate of accredited Respiratory Care program is required.
• NBRC RRT registration or certification is preferred.
• Florida licensure as an RRT is required or strongly preferred.

Mansioni

• Performs floor care therapies and oxygen administration in acute care settings.
• Assists with endotracheal intubation and extubation as indicated.
• Maintains ventilation competency for adult critical care units.
• Draws arterial blood gases from radial, brachial or femoral sites.
