Job summary

Prosperity Placement Solutions seeks a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for the night shift in a busy Florida acute care setting. You will deliver comprehensive respiratory care to patients of all ages and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires an Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy with NBRC RRT, Florida license, BLS, and ACLS/PALS/NRP as needed. Night shifts are 6:45 PM–7:15 AM with three 12-hour shifts weekly; weekends/holidays required.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required only for Technical Consultant duties.
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential is required.
• BLS certification; ACLS/PALS/NRP as patient population or specialty requires.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive respiratory care for patients of all ages.
• Perform therapeutic, diagnostic, and mechanical respiratory procedures.
• Administer oxygen therapy, therapies, ABG collection and analysis, ventilator management, and airway management.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to deliver patient care.
• Document treatments and patient responses accurately.
