Job summary

Trinity Health Corp. in Fort Lauderdale seeks a per diem Respiratory Therapist (RRT eligible) to join our acute care hospital team for night shifts. You will work under licensed clinicians to deliver respiratory care and support critical care interventions.

The role requires graduate from CoARC program, Florida RRT license or CRT eligible, NBRC certificate, and BLS/ACLS. At least one year of hospital experience and flexible hours are needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CoARC accredited Respiratory Therapy Program; Florida licensed or CRT eligible as an RRT.
• Active NBRC certificate.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• At least 1 year hospital experience.
• Per Diem position with no benefits; part-time night shift.
• Willing to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with and examining patients who have pulmonary diseases, disorders, or complications.
• Conducting, performing, and analyzing diagnostic and function tests to assess lung capacity and capability.
• Working with physicians and nurses to create treatment plans.
