Job summary

Twin County Regional Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Women’s Services unit. This full-time night shift (7p–7a) includes alternating weekends.

Join a 12-bed women’s center delivering obstetric, gynecologic, lactation, and related care, with opportunities for growth and specialized training. Qualified candidates will hold a Virginia RN license (single-state or compact), have an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), and BLS with ACLS/PALS/NRP desired.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN license (single-state) or compact license.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and identify needs.
• Initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide age-appropriate patient care.
• Accurate documentation of medical necessity in the record.
• Complete and revise Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Conduct timely QI assessments.
