Formación

• Active PA registered nurse license.
• Three years RN experience or four years nursing experience in relevant settings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical leadership to nursing staff across treatment areas.
• Oversee nursing performance, evaluations, and staff development.
• Ensure environmental safety, infection control, and emergency procedures.
• Coordinate patient treatment goals with interdisciplinary teams and shift communications.
• Handle staffing, leave, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure policy compliance and address grievances and discipline.
