Requirements include BSN with RN licensure, BLS within 90 days, and 18 months of acute care RN experience. MSN is preferred; prior charge nurse or IMCU/ICU experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• BSN is required.
• MSN is preferred.
• Licensed RN with current state credentials.
• BLS certification to be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in nursing practice for the assigned specialty and provide clinical leadership.
