Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville, VA, is hiring a Registered Nurse Unit Coordinator for Cornell 3, a 24-bed Med/Surg unit. This full-time night shift (12 hours) role provides clinical leadership for nursing care, improves safety and workflow, and supports staff development within a collaborative team.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN (MSN preferred), an active RN license, and at least 18 months of acute care experience, with BLS within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required; MSN preferred.
• RN licensure active and in good standing.
• BLS within 90 days of hire.
• 18+ months acute care RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for nursing care in the department.
