The role leads safety and quality initiatives, supports staff development, and ensures efficient workflow while delivering Gold Standard customer service in a high-acuity setting.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing and current BLS within 90 days of hire.
• 18+ months of acute care RN experience required.
• Experience in IMCU/telemetry or step-down units preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for nursing care in IMCU Cornell 1.
• Lead safety, quality initiatives and workflow simplification.
• Support staff development and promote Gold Standard customer service.
