Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; IL RN license current.
• BLS required; ability to collaborate with others and strong interpersonal skills.
• ADN acceptable with commitment to obtain BSN within 3 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes data, identifies outcomes, develops an individualized plan and evaluates progress towards outcomes.
• Directs care and utilizes appropriate personnel for direct patient care.
• Collaborates with patients, families, physicians and staff to communicate plans and decisions.
• Participates in governance, committees and unit projects.
• Evaluates patient responses and uses evidence-based practice to guide care decisions.
