Job summary

Frederick Health is seeking experienced registered nurses for the 4G Telemetry and Progressive Care Unit. The full-time night shift runs 7:00 pm–7:30 am with weekend and holiday rotation and an eligible $30,000 sign-on bonus for night positions.

Qualifications

Clinical competency in their departmental area of practice.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle a physically demanding environment.
Competency in operating equipment required to meet patient care needs.

Responsibilities

Assesses biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, self-care, discharge planning per nursing standards.
Provides initial assessment and reassessments and documents per policy.
Initiates individualized care plans using nursing diagnoses and coordinates with family and team.
Implements and documents nursing interventions and patient responses per policy.
Communicates patient status and changes to the care team in a timely, concise manner.
