Job summary

Frederick Health Hospital, Inc. seeks an experienced Telemetry RN for a full-time night shift. You will monitor cardiac patients, apply nursing processes, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, pharmacists, and care management to provide comprehensive care.

You will participate in continuous quality improvement, maintain certifications, and contribute to a patient-centered team environment focused on safety and excellent outcomes.

Qualifications

• Clinical nursing skills across telemetry, posting and evaluating patient status.
• Ability to use nursing process and deliver care within regulatory standards.
• Experience with discharge planning and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients using nursing standards and document findings.
• Prioritize treatment and communicate changes to the health care team.
• Initiate and evaluate plans of care with collaboration across disciplines.
• Provide patient/family education and discharge planning.
• Demonstrate leadership and teach junior staff as needed.
