Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care in collaboration with the health care team.
• Maintains accurate and complete documentation; acts as patient advocate.
• Performs assessment, planning and treatment; educates patient and family.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by licensed persons.
• Demonstrates safety and adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
